Lead Warmer (Commission-Based)

OxtonGrid is a digital transformation consultancy helping businesses across MENA modernize operations, digitize workflows, and unlock scalable growth. Our services range from ERP and CRM implementation to e-commerce and custom software development.

We’re looking for motivated Lead Warmers to support our business development efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. This is a commission-based opportunity with very generous commission packages for every closed deal.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients that could benefit from OxtonGrid’s digital transformation services.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on basic criteria (industry, size, needs, readiness).
  • Initiate first contact and introduce OxtonGrid’s value proposition in a clear, non-pushy way.
  • Nurture leads through follow-ups until they are ready for a discovery call with the consulting team.
  • Book and hand over qualified leads to the internal sales/consulting team.
  • Maintain accurate lead information and interaction notes in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and consulting teams to align messaging and targeting.
  • Consistently work towards agreed lead and revenue-related targets.Implement new features to improve UX and conversion.

Must Have

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners, founders, or decision-makers.
  • Basic understanding of B2B services, digital transformation, or software solutions (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Ability to qualify opportunities logically (asking the right questions, spotting fit vs. non-fit).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to track conversations and follow-ups.
  • Professional tone and approach relationship-driven, not aggressive sales.Ability to build custom Shopify themes from scratch

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or B2B sales support.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or SaaS solutions (e.g. Odoo, Zoho, Shopify, HubSpot).
  • Experience working with MENA-based clients or international B2B markets.
  • Existing network of founders, SMEs, or business operators.
  • Experience using CRM tools or lead tracking systems.
  • Arabic language skills (spoken or written).Previous experience in lead generation, business development, or B2B sales support.
