As Odoo Partners, we specialize in implementing smart ERP solutions, CRM systems, e-commerce integrations, and custom business applications tailored to our clients’ industries.

We're looking for a proactive Odoo Developer to join our one of our client's teams and help us build tailored business solutions using the Odoo ecosystem. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, customization, and maintenance of complex Odoo modules.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Odoo and third-party platforms (e-commerce, payment gateways, external APIs).
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate strategic business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Oversee development of custom apps and advanced features using Python, JavaScript, and XML within the Odoo framework.
  • Ensure top-tier code quality through rigorous testing, clear documentation, and version control (Git).
  • Manage technical support and continuous improvements for live Odoo systems. 
  • Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and technical best practices as OxtonGrid evolves.

Must Have

  • +5 years of extensive hands-on experience with Odoo (v18 preferred).
  • Proven experience in Odoo integration with external systems using API or SFTP file exchanges.
  • Strong knowledge and autonomy in Odoo Accounting modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc.).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Odoo development, including module customization and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to propose scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, self-driven problem-solver with leadership capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with bank/PSP integration and reconciliation of statements.
  • Understanding of user access control and security role management in Odoo.
  • Odoo certification.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
