Lead Warmer (Commission-Based)

OxtonGrid is a digital transformation consultancy helping businesses across MENA modernize operations, digitize workflows, and unlock scalable growth. Our services range from ERP and CRM implementation to e-commerce and custom software development.

We’re looking for motivated Lead Warmers to support our business development efforts by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. This is a commission-based opportunity with very generous commission packages for every closed deal.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads who fit our ideal client profile (SMEs, startups, and mid-sized businesses).
  • Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms to introduce OxtonGrid’s services.
  • Qualify leads by gathering key business information and assessing needs.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to schedule discovery calls or demos.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions using internal tools.

Must Have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
  • A proactive attitude and a self-motivated, target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand and briefly explain our core offerings (we’ll train you).
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, or outreach platforms.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience in GCC region (KSA - UAE - Kuwait - Qatar)
  • Familiarity with tech solutions (CRM, ERP, digital tools).
  •   A strong personal network or access to relevant business communities.
